Gluten Free Raspberry Sauce Recipe

Gluten Free Raspberry Sauce

Gluten Free Raspberry Sauce

Now I know some women buy shoes or cloths just because they are on sale.  Okay, I admit it, I have done that in the past too.  However, today I am confessing that I do this with fruits and veggies too.  It is hard for me to pass up a great sale on fruits and veggies.  I have every intension of mixing it into my meal plan somehow.  Yet many times, it can be found in the back of the fridge where I forgot it was, quickly becoming next years science project.

Not this time!!  I purchased raspberries on a steal of a deal.  It was such a deal I even considered going back for more.  But how could I go back for more when I haven’t even used what I had already bought??  Well the answer is in the pudding.. well sauce actually… Raspberry sauce!!

This can be used on ice cream, cakes, desserts, pancakes, or simply on a spoon!!

Gluten Free Baked Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Gluten Free Baked Chicken Spaghetti

Recently I had received a request to make this recipe for dinner.  It’s based off of a recipe found on kraft.com, although this version is slightly different so that it is gluten free and a little more saucy.  In addition to being a saucy pasta dish recipe, this is a great way to use leftover chicken.  Whether you are trying to use up leftover rotisserie chicken or a chicken that you baked this is a great way to use up those leftovers and create a whole new dish without anybody else knowing you are using the leftovers for dinner.

I learned that many people have had this as a childhood favorite.  The rich creamy sauce is fantastic and this is comfort food at its best.

Gluten Free Honey Sweet Corn Bread Muffins

Corn bread has always been such a treat to me, at least since as a kid I discover how easy it is to bake those iconic little blue boxes of Jiffy cornbread.  For many years I thought I hated honey, turns out I tried honey “flavored” syrup, and I hated that.  It’s sad to think of all the years I missed out on sweet honey goodness.  Well here are two things combined into one, sweet honey cornbread muffins.  I was given this recipe years ago, long before I found out I had to be gluten free.  Turns out it converted pretty easy.  I am confident you are going to enjoy this as much as I do, except I always eat at least one of them drizzled with honey.  Grab your bottle of honey because these muffins are fantastic!!
